The Solstice Bar and Grill at the Holiday Inn in Solstice Park has undergone a total refurbishment in January 2015.

The award-winning restaurant and bar has been expanded to create 118-seat dining area with an outdoor terrace.

Featuring a contemporary southern Mediterranean design, the hotel’s architects have used the venue’s open space to create a comfortable informal resultant and lounge destination for all occasions.

The hotel bar was also completely revamped along with its popular meeting lounge which now has a light, comfortable and causal contemporary style with warm and welcoming feel.

An attractive feature of the refurbishment is the newly boosted free Wi-Fi system offering one of the best connectivity spots along the A303 for customers with mobiles, laptops and tablets.

The restaurant’s menu is being added to by head chef Matthew Bills with some exciting new features.

These include an enhanced grill offering and a focus on Best of British dishes. The new menu will also have a selection of tasty light bites and appetisers for smaller appetites.
